Age Requirements

Account Responsibilities

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and update information without notice.

Order Processing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Prices include GST and are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards processed through Windcave
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption
• Payment disputes are subject to our refund policy

Booking Policy

• Court bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email
• Players must arrive within 15 minutes of their booking time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time

Facility Rules

• Appropriate athletic footwear and attire required
• Players are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities
• Food and drinks restrictions apply as posted at facilities
• Management reserves the right to refuse service

Permitted Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our content

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Contact us directly to resolve the issue informally
2. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation
3. Final disputes will be resolved through New Zealand court system

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Outstanding obligations (payments, refunds) will survive termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability will survive
