You may return most products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions.
Email info@nexcave.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Securely package items with RMA number and send to our returns address.
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Court booking cancellations are subject to timing-based refund rates to ensure fair access to courts for all players.
Cancelled 24+ hours before booking time

Cancelled less than 2 hours before or no-show
Indoor Courts: Weather does not affect bookings - no weather-related refunds.
Outdoor Courts: Full refund if facility closes due to severe weather conditions.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund regardless of the 10-day return window.
Items damaged during shipping are our responsibility. We'll arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference returns.

Items purchased during sales events are subject to the same return policy unless specifically noted otherwise. Final sale items are clearly marked and not eligible for return.
Gift recipients can return items for store credit without receipt. Original purchaser information may be required for cash refunds.
